Bynackbeg self catering accommodation, Nethybridge, by Aviemore Terms and Conditions
The hiring week runs from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed. Entry time is after 16.00hrs. You are asked to vacate the property before 10.00hrs on departure day, to allow cleaning time for the next tenants.
You are obliged to leave the property in a clean, tidy condition (fair wear and tear accepted).
You are responsible for any loss or damage during your stay. Please report this before leaving.
Payment. A deposit of £50 per property per week is required to secure the booking. This is non-refundable. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.

Pets are welcome by arrangement. £10 per pet. Please do not leave your pets in the property on their own, they must be house trained and not allowed on furniture or in the bedrooms. Please clean up after your pets in the garden area.
Once a booking has been made, a legally binding contract is entered into and the tenant shall be liable for the full rent. If the booking is cancelled every effort will be made to re-let for the period. If successful 10% of the rent will be kept together with any special advertising costs. The remaining balance will be refunded. Holiday insurance against cancellation is strongly recommended.
No sub letting will be allowed and numbers must no exceed those agreed.
A good house keeping deposit of £100 is required for Christmas and New Year lets.
