It offers very spacious warm living, with bright, natural light flooding through all the windows. It is furnished to a very high standard and is well equipped to ensure a comfortable, relaxing holiday.

Ground Floor Accommodation:

Very spacious, open plan sitting/dining (dual aspect) room with wood burning stove. Spacious kitchen with plenty of work surfaces. Staircase to first floor. Family room (+1) with en-suite shower room and toilet, bathroom with shower over the bath.Underfloor, oil fired central heating, provides perfect comfort.

First Floor:

Double bedroom, twin bedroom, cloakroom with wc. The underfloor heating system is also used on the first floor! Oh, what comfort!

Linen and towels provided. Oil fired underfloor heating (complimentary fuel oil and electricity). Logs are available locally.

Colour TV, DVD player, stereo, ceramic hob, double insert oven, fridge, freezer, combination microwave oven, dish washer, washing machine. Cot available on request.
